Reminding me of our infinite capacity to creating connections with others.

Look around you online, there are others shining their light, BEING their true self, yet perhaps may feel that no one is seeing them…

Share their Light! Celebrate their stepping out… and Owning who they are… Drop out of our heads (in I cant share this….its not me…. what will others say) and into your heart space 💗 to simply acknowledge and support others in recognising their own light and essence and simply what a gift it is to Experience this…

Yes… this will open the doors to others sharing You and knowing that we are supported…

Welcome to the new space is simply in our ability to be Sharing the Love and Sharing the Light….

Today I was sitting with these feelings around growing and engaging online….

In this Facebook/Social Circus environment, many of us have forgotten the art of conversation. Many have lost the ability to see others, and really this is all We want…

To Be Seen 👀and Be Heard 👂🏻…

Well I still feel that Facebook Groups and Community hold potential to BE Online and create Connection. To share within an authentic genuine, caring, fun space, and certainly to build an authentic, abundant business.

I believe the 🔑 to Creating Engaging Energy within our Facebook Community lies in the WHY…

Sharing your WHY. Asking your Community WHY?

For example:

✅ Share your Story around WHY you Created the Space/Community

✨When we share our story, we engage our feelings and open our heart space to allow others to see and experience us more fully…This carries our vibration ✨

Or ✅Ask your Community WHY they chose to Join

Within this answer may lie the Essence of your Community.

Firstly it takes courage to listen. Because their answer may not BE your answer… however when we ask the question, WHY we receive feedback. This feedback is their truth and it is certainly worth exploring as it just may….

When our audience FEEL SEEN and HEARD. This may just BE their invitation to ENGAGE more FULLY with our COMMUNITY…

It’s when we are not giving our Communities what they are seeking. Then they dis-engage with our group, they are not feeling seen or heard.

When we Acknowledge and move into the space of Celebrating our Journey, thus far. We have switched up our Vibration. Which will send out a new energy, a more defined frequency of our Authentic Self…to those who are ready with the same Vibration…just at a different stage…..They experience our Vibration and recognise the potential lies here…

I experienced this, last week, when a new client said Yes to working together. It registered for me in that the Vibration, the Frequency and Ownership of WHO I AM as the catalyst moment when the right clients come forward….

The story they shared was my story. Almost to a tee, their experiences, were my experiences 12-18 months ago, their frustrations…. yes I totally saw these as well.

So of course why would we not work together….. it was as my mentor and dear friend Gisele shares an Immaculate Conversation

Connection exists when we openly share AND celebrate (ie Show Gratitude + Step up and truly OWN) Who We Are BEing… 🙌

Asking for Support

Last week I spent 7 days on retreat in Mission Beach with Michelle Richmond I always take a photo before I go into retreat, based on my previous experience there are many changes and shifts that take place when you give yourself the space, time and freedom to experience and BE the more of you.
The shifts whilst happening internally…can also result in the external upgrade as well 😁- See the Joy 🥳

This inner work can be intense at times, if you choose to let go and explore those areas in life that have kept you still…safe and ultimately stuck…But that is where the growth and excitement happens✨

And that is why I choose to have the support crew of some amazing beings to share in the experience. Friends who jump in wholeHEARTedly to support me and each other in our own journey ahead.

I use to believe that asking for support, was a sign of weakness, an inability to be able to deal with shit, that I was not strong 💪… Very Masculine of Me 😜

However these days asking for support has a very different meaning.

✅Asking for Support is a Sign of Strength
✅Asking for Support is Recognition that I am of Value that I am worthy of Receiving (such a biggie)
✅Asking for Support is Knowing that It can be more fun to play, laugh and learn with others and when we work together there is a greater energy and fulfilment and ease
✅ Asking for Support allows me to see the Value in what Others have to share and Acknowledge their Greatness as well

How to engage with your Community to build your own audience

I seriously LOVE communities and I truly believe this is where the potential lies for growing our business. Hanging out with Like minded passionate souls, sharing and learning from each other…

Communities also gift you opportunity to connect with others, build trust, add value, have fun and they may just have your next clients waiting for you…..

I have seen this time and again even in the Collective. One person shows up and shares and then another will connect directly with the energy and the message that is shared. The relationship is created they connect, message and share outside of the Group 🙌

In finding communities you can certainly do a search, with keywords, however another easy option is to see the groups where your biggest fans/friends hang out and connect in this way… It’s simply networking delivered differently…

SO HERE ARE MY TOP WAYS TO ENGAGE WITH COMMUNITY INCLUDING THE CONNECTION COLLECTIVE 😁

1. WELCOME EVERYONE IN. New people especially deserve to be welcomed into your community and find out more about your invitees. If you run a group… (and I’m a big believer in this) You can have some questions before others enter your group to receive a heads up on their expectations and certainly where they found your group.

2. HAVE A WELCOME/ANNOUNCEMENT Outline your expectations and guidelines and most importantly keep it current. Groups change and with this so does their purpose.. JUST LIKE US… So BE PRESENT with this and be OPEN to updating your Group/Communities purpose.

3. GIVE VALUE. Your audience are there for a reason so give them lots of value, via information, suggestions, hints tips, specials or maybe discounts of your offerings…THEY ARE VIPS so treat them this way..
In the same way… don’t just copy and paste your posts into other COMMUNITIES/GROUPS. Whilst our INTENT may be Innocent enough to share… In doing this it can FEEL like we are SHOUTING our message and DON’T CARE who reads it…

4. ENGAGE with Contributors. Whether it’s simply liking, acknowledging, contributing, asking questions. This is the BEING SEEN and PRESENCE VALUE. When we are showing up and supporting each other… this energy you are sharing can be more potent than simply Liking or Commenting. It is the Intention and Energy around SEEING OTHERS which opens the door to further engagement.

When we ENGAGE (GIVE OUR ENERGY) With OTHERS we are open to RECEIVING MORE Engagement (ENERGY) ourselves

5. INTRODUCE YOURSELF… Share your story, it can be a post, a video, or even a question… ASK QUESTIONS and I Can GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE RESPONSES…

We love to support others (that’s naturally who we are) so don’t be afraid of asking for feedback…

REMEMBER ASKING FOR SUPPORT IS A STRENGTH NOT A WEAKNESS… (That’s a whole new post 😜)

6. ASK QUESTION… GET TO KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE
The most engaging posts within this community are when a question is asked. EVERYONE has an opinion and this can be like your INVITATION to share

7. MOST IMPORTANTLY SHOW UP. Communities are created through common values and generously sharing our own wisdom in a safe non judgemental space. If we don’t see you, then perhaps we are missing out on your value… to share…. AND YES EVERYONE HAS VALUE TO SHARE…

Business will always follow after building Trust and Relationships, and will become far easier, when we engage and come from a space of Generous sharing first and foremost….
